Service Description
Description: Our 1 Hour Walks are ideal for puppies, senior dogs, or pets who prefer a gentler pace. These walks offer plenty of sniffing, playtime, and exercise without being too demanding. Because our schedule fills quickly, 1 Hour Walks are only available when we’re not fully booked. If your dog enjoys shorter but engaging outings, this is the perfect option to keep them happy, healthy, and stimulated. Give your dog the gift of summer adventures! Our Summer Walks are perfect for keeping your pup active, social, and happy during the warmer months. Whether in the cooler morning hours or the golden glow of the afternoon, we head out on adventures through the beautiful Surrey countryside and local woodlands. Your dog will enjoy plenty of exercise, play, and socialisation with their friends—all while exploring nature’s sights, sounds, and scents. After their walk, they’ll be returned home content, cared for, and ready to relax. Give your dog the perfect midday adventure! Our Winter Walk is designed to break up the day with fresh air, exercise, and socialisation. We take the dogs on Surrey adventures through our beautiful local woods, where they can explore, sniff, and enjoy the winter scenery with their friends. At the end of the walk, your pup is returned home happy, tired, and towel-dried, so you can relax knowing they’ve had the exercise and care they need.
Cancellation Policy
🐾 Happy Paws Horsley – Payment Policy At Happy Paws Horsley, we aim to keep payments simple and transparent so you always know what to expect. 1. Accepted Payment Methods Online payment by bank transfer or card (depending on system used). We do not accept cash or late payments — all services must be paid for in advance. 2. Payment Schedule All Services (Dog Walking, Puppy Day Care, and Pet Sitting) must be paid for online at the time of booking to secure your space. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Dog Walking & Day Care – Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be credited or refunded. Within 48 hours, 50% of the fee will be charged. Same-day cancellations are charged at the full rate. Pet Sitting – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a refund (minus a 10% admin fee). Within 7 days, 50% of the fee will be charged. Within 48 hours, 100% of the fee will be charged. If Happy Paws Horsley needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. No Refunds for Missed Appointments – If a client does not attend or is unavailable at the agreed time, no refund or credit will be given. 4. Price Changes We review our prices annually to reflect rising costs and industry standards. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes with at least 30 days’ notice. 5. Emergencies In the event of unexpected veterinary care or additional expenses while your pet is in our care, the owner is responsible for all associated costs. ✅ Agreement: By booking with Happy Paws Horsley, you agree to this Payment Policy.
