Service Description
We believe trust starts with a friendly introduction. That’s why at Happy Paws Horsley, your first Meet & Greet is completely free. This relaxed visit gives us the chance to learn about your pet’s personality, routine, and needs, while giving your dog or cat time to feel comfortable with us. During the Meet & Greet, we’ll: Chat about your pet’s routine, likes, and quirks 🐕🐾 Answer any questions about our dog walking or pet sitting services Go over safety, insurance, and scheduling details Take a short introductory walk (for dogs) so they can sniff us out By the end, you’ll know exactly how we care for your pets — and your pet will already have a new friend!
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To ensure the best possible care for your pet and smooth scheduling, please read our booking policy below. Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability Regular weekly bookings are prioritised Payment is required in advance for all services Weekly plans are billed weekly unless otherwise agreed Meet & Greet: A free, no-obligation meet & greet is required before the first booking This allows us to meet you and your pet, discuss routines, and assess suitability for group, solo or adventure walks Cancellations & Changes: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full Missed visits due to no access provided will be charged Health & Safety: All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioural concerns Adventure Walks and Group Walks are only suitable for friendly, well-socialised dogs Weather & Emergencies: Services may be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled in extreme weather conditions for safety In the event of an emergency, the owner (or emergency contact) will be contacted immediately Liability: Happy Paws Horsley is fully insured Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pet
