Service Description
We believe trust starts with a friendly introduction. That’s why at Happy Paws Horsley, your first Meet & Greet is completely free. This relaxed visit gives us the chance to learn about your pet’s personality, routine, and needs, while giving your dog or cat time to feel comfortable with us. During the Meet & Greet, we’ll: Chat about your pet’s routine, likes, and quirks 🐕🐾 Answer any questions about our dog walking or pet sitting services Go over safety, insurance, and scheduling details Take a short introductory walk (for dogs) so they can sniff us out By the end, you’ll know exactly how we care for your pets — and your pet will already have a new friend!


Cancellation Policy
🐾 Happy Paws Horsley – Payment Policy At Happy Paws Horsley, we aim to keep payments simple and transparent so you always know what to expect. 1. Accepted Payment Methods Online payment by bank transfer or card (depending on system used). We do not accept cash or late payments — all services must be paid for in advance. 2. Payment Schedule All Services (Dog Walking, Puppy Day Care, and Pet Sitting) must be paid for online at the time of booking to secure your space. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Dog Walking & Day Care – Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be credited or refunded. Within 48 hours, 50% of the fee will be charged. Same-day cancellations are charged at the full rate. Pet Sitting – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a refund (minus a 10% admin fee). Within 7 days, 50% of the fee will be charged. Within 48 hours, 100% of the fee will be charged. If Happy Paws Horsley needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. No Refunds for Missed Appointments – If a client does not attend or is unavailable at the agreed time, no refund or credit will be given. 4. Price Changes We review our prices annually to reflect rising costs and industry standards. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes with at least 30 days’ notice. 5. Emergencies In the event of unexpected veterinary care or additional expenses while your pet is in our care, the owner is responsible for all associated costs. ✅ Agreement: By booking with Happy Paws Horsley, you agree to this Payment Policy.
