Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy – Overnight Pet Sitting To secure your pet’s stay and ensure a safe, stress-free experience, please read our payment terms carefully: Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service in our calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the start of your pet’s stay. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards securely online. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking will receive a full refund of the balance paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the service may incur a 50% charge (equivalent to the deposit). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Extra Pets: Additional pets can be added at £10 per pet, per night. Terms Agreement: By booking with Happy Paws Horsley, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking & Payment Policy.
