Our 2-hour Adventure Walks are designed for energetic dogs who thrive on exploration and enrichment. Walks take place off-lead only with written permission from owners, and all dogs must have reliable recall and good behaviour with other dogs. Cancellation Policy
🐾 Happy Paws Horsley – Default Service Policy: This policy applies to all services provided by Happy Paws Horsley, including dog walking, pet sitting, and 24-hour in-home care. By booking any service, you agree to the terms below. --- 💷 Booking & Payment * A **50% non-refundable deposit** may be required to secure your booking * The remaining balance is due **2 days before the service start date** * Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received --- ❌ Cancellations & Changes * Cancellations made **2 days or more before the service start date**: deposit retained only * Cancellations within **2 days of the service start date**: up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged * Short-notice changes may be subject to availability and additional charges --- 🏡 Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: * Provide accurate information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and needs * Supply sufficient food, medication, and clear instructions * Ensure safe access to the property * Provide emergency contact and veterinary details --- 🚨 Health & Emergencies * Veterinary care will be sought immediately if required * All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner * We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the client in an emergency --- 🔑 Home Access & Security * Keys and access details are stored securely and kept strictly confidential * Your home will be respected and left secure at all times * Basic home care (e.g. post, plants, lights) may be provided where agreed --- ⚖️ Liability (UK Law – Client Friendly) We take great care of your pets and home. We are not liable for loss, theft, damage, break-ins, or third-party incidents unless caused by our negligence. Nothing in this policy excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.
