Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Policy – Happy Paws Horsley Effective Date: January 2026 This policy outlines how bookings, payments, changes, and cancellations are handled to ensure fair, reliable service for all clients. 1. Bookings All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A free meet & greet is required before the first booking to ensure suitability and safety. Weekly plans secure recurring time slots and take priority over ad-hoc bookings. 2. Payments Payment is required in advance for all services. Weekly plans are billed weekly, regardless of attendance, to reserve your space. One-off services must be paid before the service date. Payments are accepted via approved methods provided at booking. 3. Cancellations & Changes 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. No refunds are given for client holidays, illness, or unused walks within weekly plans. Happy Paws Horsley reserves the right to cancel services due to extreme weather, illness, or emergencies. Alternative arrangements or credits will be discussed where possible. 4. Weekly Plans Weekly plans reserve exclusive spaces and are charged weekly. Plans do not roll over if services are missed. Plans may be adjusted with notice, subject to availability. A minimum one-week notice is required to pause or cancel a plan. 5. Late Payments Services may be paused if payment is not received on time. Continued late payments may result in cancellation of services. 6. Access & Safety Clients must ensure safe access to their home and pets at the scheduled time. Any behavioural, medical, or routine changes must be disclosed in advance. 7. Agreement By booking with Happy Paws Horsley, you agree to this Booking & Payment Policy.
